In order to help graduates to learn more situation of the Civil Service Examination and master some examination skills,the Accounting Institute conducted a lecture on preparing for civil service exams and career development on the morning of September 25th,which included some experience of reviw planning and matters needed attention for the civil service examination explained by lecturer Zhu Feixiang.
At the beginning,the host introduced the background and purpose of this meeting .As a special guest of the lecture, Zhu Feixiang would share content of the civil service examinaition with his rich cultivating experience and professional knowledge.
Zhu Feixiang fist in-depth analysis of the current situation of the civil service examination.The situation is becoming increasingly fiercely now,Zhu Feixiang compared from various aspects of salary treatment,development prospect and so on,encouraging the graduates to expand the thoughts on employment and grasp chances to land in many ways .From this,the students at the lecture got a clearer understanding of the degree of the exam competitoin and the develpoment prospect through detailed data and cases.After,Zhu Feixiang introduced in detail all aspects of the civil service examinationincluding registration,written examination and interview,leading the graduates to learn more.
In terms of preparation skill,Zhu Feixiang emphasized the importance of making a scientific and reasonable plans and introduced some effective learning methods and answering skills.For example,in the Administative AptitudeTest,we should pay attention to the time management and make choices of questions;in the essay test,we should pay attetion to the accumulation of materials and improve our writing ability.He also combined the real questions over the years to explain and analyze shallowly,so that the students could understand and grasp the key point and difficult point better.
In the interactive session,students actively asked questions,including problems they meeted in the process of preparing for the exam.Zhu Feixiang answered one by one and provided targeted suggestions and guidance for everyone.The atmosphere was warm and the applause continued.The students who attended the lecture said that they benefited a lot from the lecture and had a depper understanding of the situation of the civil service examination and the methods of preparing for the exam.
