The School of Accountancy in Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, the former Department of Accounting in Jiangxi College of Finance and Economics, was established in 1958 and has long been enjoying a nation-wide reputation for excellence in both teaching and research. Our education quality in Certified Public Accountants (CPA) was rated “A” (ranking third nationally) and we also once won the first place in the ACCA international examinations as well as the CPA overseas internship competition. Amounts to 50 departmental-level and provincial-level awards were granted to our school over the past decades School comprises four teaching institutions—The Department of Accounting, The Department of Financial management, CPA Education Center and Computerized Accounting Education Center. Laboratories of manual accounting and computerized accounting are available, accompanied by two professional laboratories co-founded by the central and local authority—the lab of financial data processing and accounting risk control.
