In order to better build a platform for two-way communication, promotethe rapid growth of the youth teachers and improve their professional level and accomplishment,recently,theInstitute of Accounting conducted a symposiumof youth teachers in the Hengrui lecture hall.Mr. Zhou Donghua,the president of the accounting institude andHuang Wende,thesecretary of the Party Committee of the institudeattended this symposium.Beside,the associate dean Guan Kaolei,XiongJiacai,XingLinyun with part of youth teachers also take part in this symposium.
During the meeting, Zhou Donghuasaid,"the young teachers play a significant role on in both teaching and scientific research so that our institute will greatly support them.Moreover,it is necessary for the youth teachers to give full play to subjective initiative,ensure establish the direction to development and reseach,consolidate their teaching skills,combining integrate their owndevelopment withstudent into the development of college ，which couldimprove the subject construction and ciltivate excellent youth teachers.”
Subsequently,part of youth teachers vigorously sharedtheir personal experience and gains in scientific research,teaching and working and soon.Additionaly,communicating problems on some aspects is a hot spot at the meeting.Some leader of accounting institute also participate in the communication.
Huang Wende gives full agreement to the recommendation making by the youth teachers.“On the one hand,the youth teachers need learn political knowledge and carryout Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics for a New Era.On the other hand,seizing opportunities and positively invoving in the institude work are necessities to the teachers”,HuangWende emphasizes.
