The School of Accountancy sets up various and generous scholarships in order to encourage students to study assiduously and help those whose families have financial difficulties to finish school smoothly. Details are given below.1、National scholarship and government grants: The national scholarship is set up by the central government and is used to reward the excellent well-around sophomores. The amount is 8000 per person per year; the national scholarship for encouragement is used to assist the outstanding students who need financial aids to finish schools. The amount is 5000 per person per year; government grants are used to help students with financial difficulties. The amounts of grants are classified as 3 types--4000 per person per year, 3000 per person per year and 2000 per person per year, which will be received in each semester evenly.2、University-wide scholarships and enterprise scholarships:The university-wide scholarships are set up to reward the outstanding students exclusively, which include: the scholarship for best study grade students、 the scholarship of comprehensive development students、 the scholarship of excellent student leaders and other particular kind of scholarships;
The enterprise scholarships are funded by our alumni and alumna and social enterprises, which include: The Creat scholarship, The Ding Han scholarship, The Yonyou scholarship, The Industrial Securities scholarship, The Shanghai Alumni Association scholarship, The Bank of Jiujiang scholarship, The Star of Yi Dong scholarship, The Yue Xiangdong scholarship, the Municipal Public Group of Nanchang City scholarship, The Bank of Beijing scholarship, The Union Pay Grants, The Cao Xianggen Benevolence Grants, The Studer Grants, The New Great Wall---Peng Linji Grants, The China Foundation For Poverty Alleviation---Heng Da Needy University Students Grants, The Jiang Zhong Grants, etc.
3、Work-Study Program: The School of Accountancy set up Work-Study Program Funds. Currently, we have approximately 500 work-study positions available. The students with financial difficulties are able to receive the financial aids by joining the programs. The amount is 150 per person per month.In the meantime, we will open Green Channels for those applying for Student loans due to Family financial difficulties after a series of rigorous checking process. By continuous efforts, we have already奖”rewards、“贷”loan、“勤”work-study programs、“助”help、“补”subsidies、“免”free、“缓”pay tuition fee later, etc. A comprehensive system to help the students who have economic difficulties.
