Teachers of Our School Achieve Excellent Results Again in the 3rd Same Course, DifferentDesigns Teaching Competition of China University Finance and Economics MOOC Alliance

To fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, thoroughly study and apply General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on education, fulfill the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,support finance and economics universities in building first-class courses,first-class majors and first-class faculty in finance and economics universities, improve the quality of independent talent cultivation, and build a exchange and learning platform for core teachers, the China University Finance and Economics MOOC Alliance has held the Same Course, Different Designs Teaching Competition annually since 2023. In August 2025 ,with the theme of Intelligent New Finance and Economics, the 3rd competition was held in multiple finance and economics universities.

The Management Accounting course competition of this event was held at Guangdong University of Finance and Economics from August 23rd to 24th, 2025, attracting 27 outstanding teachers from across the country to compete on the same stage. The Auditing course competition took place at Lanzhou University of Finance and Economics on August 19th, with more than 30 excellent teachers nationwide participating. After competing in multiple stages including teaching demonstrations and question-and-answer defenses, Teacher Ji Weili from our school won the National First Prize, and Teacher Wang Yangyang won the National Second Prize.

​These awards not only demonstrate the outstanding achievements of our school in cultivating top-tier teachers and developing high-quality courses, reflecting the solid accumulation and reform and innovation results of our school in undergraduate teaching, but also further expand our school's influence and exemplary leading role among national finance and economics universities. In the future, the school will actively promote the excellent teaching experience of the two teaching teams, and use high-quality teaching resources to support the high-quality talent cultivation of the school.

The two courses ofManagement Accounting and Auditing in our university have a long history and profound foundation, and have been awarded as National First-Class Undergraduate Courses, National Excellent Resource-Sharing Courses and National Excellent Courses respectively. In recent years, the two course teams have actively carried out reform and innovation:they have established a new digital and intelligent teaching model, explored and applied new ideological and political elements, expanded new digital and intelligent teaching resources, carried out new methods of simulation teaching, adopted flexible and diverse new teaching approaches, and formed a new big data-based course evaluation system. They have explored an innovative teaching path of ideological and political guidance, digital and intelligent empowerment, and achieved remarkable results in three aspects: student cultivation,teacher development and curriculum construction.(Text & Image / School of Accounting)
